By submitting this enrollment I am committing to the best of my ability to meet the conditions for the Elite Gold Level including purchasing 80% of my science supplies from Sargent-Welch and purchasing at least $10,000 annually. Sargent-Welch understands that if circumstances out of my control influence my budget (e.g. funding is reduced), that I may not be able to meet the $10,000 commitment. In this event though, I will still do my best to spend 80% of my budget with Sargent-Welch.
