Dependable, effective eye wash fountain is easily installed on existing faucets (without additional plumbing). The diverter, which replaces the existing aerator on a faucet, is designed so that the pull of a button directs two streams of water upward into both eyes simultaneously. It closes automatically when the faucet is turned off or the button is pushed. The unit is in two pieces, so the eyewash sits behind the spout, out of the way of everyday use but in position for an emergency. Removable fountain tips and aerator make cleaning simple. Chrome-plated brass unit has male threaded universal adapters for installation to outside or inside threaded faucet tips of varying dimensions. Enclosed are instructions to receive a female threaded adapter if needed. Tip covers protect against foreign objects and slide off with the first thrust of water. Meets ANSI Z358 Standard.
