If you need additional Elite
Customer Care Rewards Program award points to receive your favorite item from
the online-rewards catalog, we can help. Using our reward points purchase
program, you can make up for your shortfall and get the valuable items you need
for your classroom.
You may purchase additional Elite
Customer Care Rewards Program reward points by calling the Sargent-Welch
customer service department at 800-727-4368. Reward points can only be purchased
in increments of 1,000 and are non-refundable. These purchases are taxable and
require a $20 transaction fee. Unused reward points remain in the member’s
account, subject to all of the rules and conditions stated in ("Elite
Customer Care Rewards Program – Rules). Purchased reward points are available
immediately for redemption.
