ScholAR Chemical Inventory Database

The ScholAR ™ Chemical Inventory Database has been designed to make chemical storage safer and easier, by providing a way to:

• Find a chemical within your institution

• Locate the required MSDS

• Print a complete inventory listing of each building/room/cabinet for your use or for Emergency Services use

• Find a chemical in another lab to avoid purchasing something you already have

ScholAR CID was designed to be easy to use.

Operational features include:

• Extensive Help information

• Database is pre-loaded with all chemical names offered by ScholAR and links to ScholAR MSDS documents

• Chemical name, MSDS information and inventory data can be easily imported from Excel or Word files

• The database can be networked, for a central data source for all chemical data

• Supervisor’s screen to set up users, add chemicals and assign responsibilities

ScholAR ™ CID is supplied with a run-time version of Microsoft Access, no software license is required. CID runs under Microsoft Windows 98/Me/2000/XP and requires 20 Mb of free disk space (without local storage of MSDS documents).
