The paraffin holds T-pins securely without breaking down with repeated use. The wax resists absorption of most solutions allowing for a simple rinse and pour clean-up. This size of tray is ideal for smaller dissections like Clams, Squid, earthworm, locust, and most perch or smaller frogs.
