Yes, I recommend
I bought this kit for use with my 9th grade Living Environment class. While the activities are okay, I think the first 4 are better suited for use in Earth Science. The geological timeline, radioactive half life and fossil making labs are more relevant to Earth Science as they are covered in that curriculum. The natural selection and variation activities do match with NYS Living Environment. I will consider using those again but will probably pass the other activities to our Earth Science teacher.
